The Customer is the different bank channel partners (Connectors and Direct sales agents) can connect with major Banks/NBFCs as well as track, in real-time, the status of their customer cases and payouts.
Challenge
Client aiming to attract new users and improve the experience of the current ones, the Client decided to launch a web portal and mobile banking app enabling users to apply for loans.This ambitious project set several challenges for the testing team. To cover a wider audience, with different banking options. Clients need real-time updates to their customers so they can track their applied loans easily. Customer wants to hire sales employees from all over the Indian city and they can work online using web and mobile applications. The system is designed to provide features to users for multiple disbursals, loan offers, and loan status tracking and also their employees submit daily attendance from mobile and web applications. Client needs different types of reports to check the performance of their employees & customer data.
Solution
The project implementation required close collaboration between testers and the client’s representatives. The testing team relied on modern Agile testing methods, such as Beta testing of each stable release. The team works on feature testing after each release and performs regression and load testing to test app and portal behaviour. With the help of the client’s team also perform testing with real data to check the logic of loan details and calculations. The client’s employees tested the app for 1-2 days before its release, which allowed them to explore the product in detail. The testing team developed some critical checkpoints to test before each release to test cases so that it reduced testing time and helped update the app swiftly and seamlessly.
